AI MUSIC IS WELCOME AT HOLATUNE
We accept fully or partially AI-generated music, provided that all content meets our distribution and platform requirements.
Creators using tools such as Suno, Udio, or other AI music platforms must have the necessary commercial rights to distribute and monetize their music.
To distribute AI-generated music through Holatune:
• You must own or hold the required commercial rights to the content.• Your release must not infringe copyright or other third-party rights.• Content must not be misleading or deceptive.• AI-generated cover versions are not accepted.• Releases must demonstrate genuine artistic intent and should not consist solely of generic, mass-produced, or purely functional content.• All releases must continue to comply with the content, style, metadata, and legal requirements of each DSP.
AI Credits & Transparency
Starting September 14, Holatune will also introduce a new AI Credits disclosure feature, designed to provide greater transparency around how artificial intelligence has been involved in the creation of a song.
Artists will be able to disclose when specific roles within a release — such as the primary artist, composer, or performer — were entirely performed or created using Artificial Intelligence.
AI disclosure will be optional, and existing distribution workflows will continue to work as usual.
